Come and have a holiday or short break  in central Portugal which uplifts, relaxes and inspires.

Portugal is a beautiful country with fresh clean air,  clear flowing rivers,  scents of eucalyptus and pine, natural springs, and strong yet gentle earth energy.

Our base is a refurbished traditonal Portuguese farmhouse set in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings, yet  it is possible to walk  to the local supermarket which stocks a good range of goods in about 15-20 minutes. Other local facilities include a cash machine, chemist, butcher, hairdresser etc.

On our site, we have a studio for yoga and indoor activities. From our land, there may be  available seasonal  home-grown organic vegetables and free-range eggs from our much-loved chickens.

Local activities include walking, cycling and canoeing. A horse-riding stables is a short distance away.

There are beautiful river beaches nearby; one with a cafe and childrens area which is in walking distance - around 30 minutes. In the nearby picturesque  town of Gois, just 5 minutes drive down the road, there are further river beaches for swimming , a riverside cafe, and a choice of cafes and restaurants. There is also a tourist information centre.

Included in  the price for your stay is   your self-catering accommodation and a welcome pack. If you wish,  you can also choose to add on your own choice of  holistic sessions. Please see our programme page for full  details. We also offer bed &  breakfast (buffet) by quotation.
